The GenMH University Mental Health Fellowship, launching Summer 2023, is a 6 month funded opportunity for undergraduate/bachelors students.
It is aimed at university students who have identified a mental health need on their campus and have a program they want to launch to address that need. The Fellowship will allow successful applicants to participate in a number of workshops and mentoring sessions tailored to support and empower them to design, implement, and evaluate their own mental health project.
Over the course of the fellowship, fellows will attend workshops led by experts from the field and be paired with a specific mentor for one-to-one guidance.
Fellows will also have the opportunity to feed into the design of this funded, multi-stage fellowship. We want to ensure that this is not a top-down program, but a participatory and co-designed fellowship run by young people, for young people.
