Role Overview
The Program Associate will support the programmatic development and implementation of lived experience engagement activities within a newly funded program. The Program Associate’s primary duties would be to coordinate the Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP). This would involve ensuring that the LEAP has adequate resources and support to engage with workstreams across the program. This position will allow the postholder to develop and build international collaborations, work with a diverse team and gain hands-on experience in mental health research. There is additional scope, where capacity allows, to support Generation Mental Health’s other programs.
Location: Remote, Global
Contract Type: Minimum 50% FTE, with flexibility for higher commitment depending on capacity; Fixed term
Salary Range: 25,000 USD with Purchasing Power Parity adjustments for non-U.S. candidates
Program: Wellcome Mental Health Catalyst
Max Tenure: Through February 2028; Extensions possible but subject to funding
Number of Positions: 1
Reports to: Project Manager
